Mihir Kothari is a Principal and Co-Founder of PCG Investment. From his first multifamily gut-rehab project during his college years in 2003, Mihir has been a visionary entrepreneur and has a track record of groundbreaking projects over several industries. The through-line has always been a deep-seated passion for transforming visions into tangible realities. Mihir received a BS in Business Management from University of Delaware.
Salman Siddiqui is a Principal and Co-Founder of PCG Investment. He began his early career in chemical engineering offering him an appreciation for intricate systems, an analytical mindset, and the skills to navigate complex variables. Sal transitioned into the center of the world of business and strategic consulting in New York City where he remained for 16 years refining his ability to distill complex information into actionable insights. He has consulted leading law firms, top financial & investment institutions, and some of the largest multinationals in the world. Combining his analytical rigor and strategic insight with his entrepreneurial spirit, he purchased his first multifamily building in Brooklyn in 2015.
Prior to co-founding PCG Investment, Sal was a Senior Director at FTI Consulting. He received his BS in Chemical Engineering from University of Delaware followed by his MBA in Finance & Entrepreneurship from Fordham University. Sal sits on the board of Unity Preparatory Charter School of Brooklyn as well as participating as a longtime volunteer with the Museum of Food & Drink in Brooklyn, NY.
